The EPS hot melting machine is mainly applied to crush polystyrene foam, such as furniture packaging, construction materials, fast food boxes, foam packing boxes, insulation materials, and other white foam waste.
Working principle of EPS hot melting recycling machine
EPS hot melting recycling machine adopts double-shaft crushing blades, i.e. two parallel blade shafts. When the dual-axis crushing blades start working, the two parallel blade shafts rotate in different rotational directions, forming a wave control. This allows the material to move downward at a constant speed and, after being cut by the cutting blades, it is transformed into smaller pieces.
It is then conveyed through a screen to the barrel. The foam is represented by a high-speed rotating screw into a heated barrel. The plastic foam is then melted and extruded into a pile and out at high temperatures.
