Working steps of plastic bottle recycling line
The first step of the plastic bottle recycling line is usually decalcifying, that is, separating the non-PET raw materials such as bottles, caps, and labels of different colors. Then the plastic bottles after decalcifying are crushed.
The crushing process not only crushes the whole bottle into pieces, but also has a strong pre-washing function, and the correct operation can remove more than 80% of the impurities such as mud and sand.
The next washing process is mainly to clean the impuities such as mud and sand attached to the surface of the waste plastic parts. Then the PET flakes are dried to facilitate the dewatering and air-drying of plastic-crushing materials. Finally, the plastic flakes are stored for packaging and secondary use.
