Due to their large size and durable structure, dismantling is a critical yet challenging step in the recycling process of large off-the-road (OTR) tires used in heavy-duty machinery. To assist customers in safely and efficiently processing OTR tires, we offer a specialized OTR dismantling machine designed for cutting and separating them into manageable parts.
Function and Application
The OTR dismantling machine is designed to cut and separate complete OTR tires into 4 to 6 sections, typically including the bead, tread, and crown. This segmentation makes subsequent processes such as shredding or material separation significantly easier and more efficient.

Two Models of OTR Dismantling Machine
We provide two models to accommodate different OTR tire sizes:
- Model 1: Suitable for OTR tires with diameters ranging from 1400 to 2000 mm
- Model 2: Designed for larger tires such as R35 (approx. 2100 mm) to R63
Both models are optimized in terms of structural design, blade strength, and control systems to ensure safe and effective operation.
