The tire debeader is a specialized machine used to remove steel bead wires from scrap tires before shredding. As a key pre-treatment step in tire recycling lines, it effectively extracts the steel wire embedded in the tire sidewall, improving the safety and efficiency of downstream processing.

Suitable for ≤1200mm Tires
This machine is suitable for handling waste tires with diameters up to 1200mm. It can fully extract the steel ring from the sidewall, reducing wear on subsequent equipment and increasing the quality of reclaimed rubber.
Two Types Available
To meet different processing needs, we offer two models of tire debeaders:
Single Hook Debeader
Removes the steel wire from one side of the tire at a time. Suitable for users with moderate capacity needs.

Double Hook Debeader
Simultaneously removes steel wires from both sides of the tire, offering higher efficiency for larger-scale recycling operations.

Working Principle of Tire Debeader
The tire debeader consists of a frame, motor, hydraulic system, pulling hook, and clamp nozzle. During operation, the motor drives the hydraulic system, which powers the pulling hook to move back and forth. When a tire is placed onto the clamp nozzle, the hook inserts into the sidewall and grips the internal steel wire. With the help of hydraulic force, the wire ring is pulled out completely and cleanly.
