A complete egg tray manufacturing machine supplied by Shuliy Machinery is now operating at a customer’s factory in Cyprus. The customer purchased the equipment for the production of molded paper egg trays and selected a forming capacity of 2,500–3,000 pcs/h.
Project at a Glance
The customer was looking for a complete solution rather than a standalone forming machine. Based on the production requirements, we arranged the main equipment for paper pulp preparation, egg tray molding, and drying.
The supplied equipment includes:

The final configuration was arranged according to the customer’s production capacity and factory conditions.
Installation and Commissioning
Once the egg tray machine arrived at the Cyprus factory, the production system was installed and commissioned step by step.
The pulping section prepares the raw material for molding, while the egg tray manufacturing machine handles the forming process. The newly formed trays are then sent for drying in the two drying rooms.
After the main equipment was adjusted, the customer started trial production and gradually moved the line into regular operation.
A Look at the Finished Egg Trays
One of the most direct ways to check a project is to look at the finished products. After production started, the customer shared a video with us showing the equipment running at the factory and the egg trays produced by the line.
The video provides a view of the actual production situation after installation, from machine operation to finished egg trays.
