With the increasing demand for recycled paper packaging, more customers are choosing pulp molding equipment to produce paper egg trays from waste paper. Recently, our paper egg tray machine was successfully installed and operated at a customer’s factory in Jordan.
After the equipment was put into production, the customer shared a feedback video showing the actual working condition of the machine. The video records the production process and demonstrates the operation of the complete egg tray manufacturing system.
The project includes a pulping machine, egg tray forming machine, and drying room. The main forming equipment is a small egg tray forming machine, with a production capacity of 1500-2000pcs/h.
Overview of the Egg Tray Production Project
Complete Equipment Configuration
The customer purchased a complete paper egg tray production solution. The production line consists of three main sections:
Pulping Machine
The pulping machine is responsible for processing waste paper into suitable pulp. Through mixing and pulping, the paper fibers are evenly distributed, providing suitable material for the forming process.
Egg Tray Forming Machine
The core equipment of this project is the 4×1 paper egg tray machine. It uses pulp molding technology to shape the pulp into wet egg trays through molds.
With a capacity of 1500-2000 pieces per hour, this model is suitable for customers who need a compact production line with stable output.
Drying Room
After forming, the wet egg trays contain a certain amount of moisture and need to be dried. The drying room helps remove moisture from the products and improves the strength and storage performance of the finished trays.
Production Process from Waste Paper to Egg Trays
Step 1: Waste Paper Recycling and Pulp Preparation
The production process starts with waste paper as the main raw material. The paper is processed in the pulping system and mixed with water to create uniform pulp.
Step 2: Pulp Molding and Tray Forming
The prepared pulp is delivered to the forming machine. Under the action of molds and vacuum suction, the pulp takes shape and becomes wet egg trays.
Step 3: Drying and Finished Product Collection
The formed trays are transferred to the drying room. After drying, the finished egg trays can be collected, packaged, and prepared for use.
Customer Feedback from Jordan
We received a production video from our customer in Jordan after the paper egg tray machine was running successfully. The video shows the equipment operating at the customer’s factory, including the production process from forming to finished products.
Customer feedback provides a direct view of how the equipment performs in a real working environment and helps demonstrate the practical application of the production line.
