How does the PE pelletizing machine work?

First of all, PE plastic bottles will be sent to the plastic crusher machine to be crushed into small pieces for the next step of cleaning. Then, the plastic washing machine carries out cleaning to remove the dirt and impurities on the surface, which is a step conducive to improving the quality of the final recycled pellets.
Melting and pelletizing
After cleaning and crushing, the plastic pieces are fed into the plastic granulating machine for melting. Under high temperature and pressure, the plastic fragments are completely melted to form a molten plastic liquid. Subsequently, the molten plastic is extruded through the plastic pelletizer die to form long plastic strips.
Cooling and cutting
Finally, the newborn plastic pellets are cooled down by a cooling tank and then cut into uniformly sized recycled pellets by a plastic pelletizer.
