The Customized Recycling Shredder Machine
We have designed the SL-800 plastic grinder machine for this Nigerian Customer, with a processing capacity of approximately 500kg/h. The machine is powerful, not only can crush PET bottles but also can crush all kinds of hard plastic or film material, which becomes the ideal choice for many customers.
Tailored Features for Optimal Performance
To meet the unique needs of the client, we made several custom adjustments to the plastic scrap shredder:
Diesel Engine Drive

Custom Screen Size
The crushing machine is equipped with a 14mm screen to ensure that the output size of the material meets the customer’s requirements.
Portability
The shredder comes with four detachable wheels, allowing for easy movement between different work areas. This feature is particularly beneficial for clients with limited space or those who need to move the equipment around frequently within their facility.
