A significant step forward has been made in our collaboration with an Iranian customer, who sought a plastic strand pelletizer to process HDPE materials into plastic pellets. Let’s take a look at the case details.
Client Background and Needs
Through in-depth communication with the customer, we learned that the company already has two factories in the area, mainly producing injection molded products such as plastic baskets and plastic trays. The customer needed a new plastic strand pelletizer intending to recycle the residuals and trimmings generated during the production process to improve resource utilization and reduce waste. Although they already had an operating pelletizing line, they urgently needed to increase capacity as they expanded their production.
Customized Solutions
Our sales manager, Joyce, communicated with the customer in detail to understand their specific requirements on production capacity, machine configuration, quality of the granulator screw, and machine operation.
On this basis, we provided a set of customized solutions for the customer. Considering the customer’s long-term cooperation needs, Joyce also provided a partial discount for this order. After many communications and adjustments, the customer finally decided to purchase our plastic pull-tab granulator.
Plastic Strand Pelletizer Shipping Soon
The equipment ordered by the customer this time includes a series of production equipment such as a conveyor belt, plastic washing tank, dewatering machine, plastic waste extruder machine, strip blower, pellet cutting machine, vibrating screen, and storage bin. At present, these machines have been produced and are undergoing final inspection and packing, and will be sent to Iran soon.
