Mold head: The mold head of a plastic scrap granulator consists of an alloy steel inner sleeve and a carbon structural steel outer sleeve. The role of the mold head is to automatically rotate the movement of the plastic melt into a parallel uniform linear motion, proportional and stable introduction into the mold set, and give the plastic the necessary pressure of the molding

  • The cooling device is set up to ensure that the plastic is in the temperature range required by the process. The purpose is to avoid too high a temperature to make the plastic decomposition, scorching, or shaping challenging.
