Recently, we welcomed a customer from Guinea, who is engaged in the plastic recycling industry and wants to find a suitable plastic pellet extruder to improve his production efficiency. The main purpose of this visit is to inspect the performance of the equipment and understand the pelletizing process in detail, so as to choose the right equipment for his factory.

Upon arrival, our manager showed the customer around our plastic recycling equipment, including shredders, granulators, and PET bottle recycling machines. Customers showed great interest in our manufacturing process, carefully observed the structure of the pelletizer machine, and inquired about key details such as screw design, heating method, and control system.
We explained in detail how the plastic pellet extruder works, including the key steps of raw material melting, extrusion, cooling, and pellet cutting. At the same time, we explained the features of the different models, the types of raw materials they are suitable for, and the corresponding output ranges, so that we could help our customers to choose the pelletiser that best suited their production needs.

After the visit, we further discussed the specific needs of the equipment with the customer. According to the customer’s raw material characteristics, output requirements, and other factors, we recommended the appropriate model of granulator machine, and explained in detail the impact of different heating methods and die configuration on the production efficiency and quality of granules, to help the customer to find the most suitable solution.
In addition, we introduced our equipment installation guidance, technical training, and after-sales service to the customer to ensure that the customer can start production smoothly after purchasing the equipment. The customer acknowledged our service system and planned to further discuss the equipment purchase plan.
