Reason
- Hopper feeding of the plastic strip cutting machine is not continuous.
- Under the mouth of the foreign matter blocked or caused by “cross-linking”.
- Hard metal objects fall into the threaded groove to block the threaded groove, and can not be conveyed normally.
Solution
- Increase the feed volume and stabilize the screw feed continuously.
- Remove the foreign matter from the discharge port in the stop for “cross-linking” condition.
- If it is confirmed that a foreign object has fallen into the threaded groove, immediately disassemble the screw to remove the foreign object.

Reason
- The raw material is not clean and contains rubbish.
- Debris clogs the filter.
- If the feeding speed is too fast, the screw extrusion will become unstable and the plasticizing temperature is not sufficient.
Solution
- Clean the raw material, re-feed and re-feed, or reduce the amount of filter removal and feeding, smooth extrusion, and plasticizing smooth screw.
- Stop the machine to dismantle and replace the mesh, the mesh can be 40–60 mesh.
- Increase the plasticizing temperature.
Plastic pellet cutting machine host does not move or stop instantly
Reason
- The main motor of plastic pellet cutting machine is not connected to the power supply.
- The heating time is not enough, or one of the heaters does not work, the torque is too large, and the motor is overloaded.
Solution
- Check whether the power circuit of the main machine of the equipment is connected, and then switch on the machine.
- Check the temperature display information of each section to determine the preheating temperature rise time, check whether each heater is damaged, and exclude poor contact.
