  1. Separation of bottle caps (PP plastic) from bottle flakes is carried out after crushing. Using the sink float plastic separation, the bottle cap and bottle flakes can be effectively separated by the sinking and floating method. Bottle caps are floating plastics and bottle flakes are sinking plastics.
  2. After separating the bottle caps, the bottle flakes are then put into the PET bottle flakes hot washing machine for high-temperature steaming. You can put a certain proportion of caustic soda or detergent into the hot washing pot to better remove the oil and other stains on the bottle flakes.
  3. The next process for the bottle flakes after high-temperature cooking is friction washing. The high-speed frictional washing machine removes impurities and sediment attached to the surface of the bottle flakes.
  4. Finally, you can use the rinsing tank again to rinse off the residual caustic soda and other impurities on the bottle, and you can get very clean high-purity PET polyester bottle flakes.

The clean bottle flakes are first dried to 95% water using a dewatering machine. If you have higher requirements, you can use the dryer to dry the dehydrated PET polyester bottle flakes to more than 99% through the hot air blower, and then remove a small amount of residual label paper through the air separator.
