Understanding the Customer’s Requirements
The Ethiopian manufacturer wanted to transform waste PET bottles into high-quality recycled pellets suitable for producing various plastic products. After carefully evaluating their requirements, we suggested a two-part solution: a set of PET flakes making machines and a pelletizing system.
The solution not only addressed the initial need to clean and prepare the PET bottles but also provided a method for converting the cleaned flakes into pellets, which could then be used as raw material in injection molding processes.
Our Tailored Solution
Our proposal consisted of a 500kg/h PET washing line and a PET flakes pelletizing machine with a daily capacity of 3-4 tons (24 hours). The PET bottle recycling plant ensures thorough cleaning of the bottles, removing contaminants such as labels and caps, while the pelletizing machine efficiently converts the PET flakes into uniform plastic pellets. This combination enables the customer to achieve a continuous and efficient recycling process, from waste bottles to ready-to-use pellets.
