We are pleased to announce the imminent shipment of two foam granulators ordered by a customer in Suriname. The two machines are an EPE pelletizing machine and an EPS granules making machine, designed to meet the customer’s production needs.
Suriname Customer Needs
The customer wants to process EPS and EPE foam into granules. Because the granulation process of these two materials is different, it needs to be equipped with two foam granulators.
EPS material needs to be crushed first before it can be put into the pelletizer for granulation. While EPE material is softer, EPE granulator comes with a feeding system, which can directly put the material into the extruder machine without additional crushing.
The Foam Granulator Sent To Suriname
To meet the needs of our customers, we offer 150-200kg/h Pelletiseur EPE et EPS granules making machine, in addition to a 200kg/h EPS crusher, two cooling tanks, and two pellet cutter machines.
The configuration of this equipment will ensure that customers can efficiently and stably convert foam materials into recycled pellets during the production process. Here are pictures of the machine about to ship.
