Working Principle of Tyre Strip Cutting Machine
The tire strip cutter is mainly composed of a frame, motor, reducer, two circular blades, and transmission structure. When working, the operator inserts the tyre with the bead removed between the two blades.
After starting the machine, the two professionally designed high-strength blades cut into the tyre at the same time for continuous cutting, and finally cut the whole tyre into rubber strips of even width.
The cut rubber strip can be transported directly to the next machine (e.g. block cutter) for further crushing.
