Our OTR waste tire recycling line is specially designed for processing large off-the-road (OTR) tires, suitable for waste tires with a diameter ranging from 1400mm to 4000mm. The complete line covers the full process, including bead wire pulling, cutting, shredding, grinding, screening, steel wire separation, and fiber air separation, converting the tires into 10–40 mesh rubber powder. Two configuration options are available based on tire type and structure to meet different processing needs and capacity requirements.
Raw Material Type and End Product
Applicable Raw Materials: Large off-the-road (OTR) tires, mining tires, and heavy-duty truck tires with diameters ranging from 1400mm to 4000mm.
Final Products: 1–5mm rubber granules or 10–40 mesh rubber powder, used in recycled rubber products, rubber mats, artificial turf base layers, road fillers, and other applications.

Two Configuration Options
Option 1: For OTR Tires with Diameter 1800–4000mm
- OTR Debeader: Removes steel wires to reduce wear on downstream machines.
- OTR Tire Cutter: Cuts whole tires into smaller blocks for easier processing.
- Tire Shredder (Model 1200 or above): Roughly shreds tire blocks.
- Rubber Crusher (Model XKP450 or above): Further grinds the material into granules or powder.
- Fiber Separator: Removes nylon fibers and improves product purity.
Option 2: For Giant Tires (R35–R63)
- OTR Dismantling Machine: Dismantles oversized tires into manageable sections.
- OTR Steel Ring Separator: Separates embedded steel rings from the tire body.
- Follow-up process same as Option 1, including shredding, grinding, and powder collection.
