Egg tray molding machine has been successfully put into operation in Uzbekistan, representing a real project case from a new customer. This client is entering the egg tray production industry for the first time and plans to start with a small to medium scale, gradually gaining experience and expanding capacity.
Project Background: First-Time Entry into Egg Tray Production
The customer from Uzbekistan had no prior experience in pulp molding. During communication, they clearly expressed the need to control initial investment while ensuring stable production capacity. Based on their budget, site conditions, and raw material situation, we provided a suitable entry-level solution.
Equipment Selection: Recommended 4×4 Model Egg Tray Molding Machine
According to the customer’s requirements, we recommended a 4×4 egg tray molding machine. This model is equipped with 16 molds, featuring a compact structure and relatively simple operation, making it ideal for first-time investors. The production capacity is approximately 2,500–3,000 pieces per hour, which meets the current needs while leaving room for future expansion.

Mold Solution: Customized Mixed Sizes
The customer wanted to produce two different sizes of egg trays on the same machine to increase flexibility. In response, we designed a mixed mold solution and optimized the mold arrangement based on their requirements. This allows the machine to produce two sizes in one cycle.
Drying Method: Self-Built Brick Kiln
For the drying process, the customer chose to build a brick kiln locally, which is a cost-effective solution suitable for small and medium-scale production. We also provided a conveyor system to connect the forming and drying processes, improving efficiency and reducing manual handling.
Slutsats
This project focuses on a practical approach: starting steadily and maintaining production flexibility. For first-time investors, choosing the right egg tray molding machine and a suitable configuration is essential. This case shows that even a small to medium setup can achieve stable operation and lay a solid foundation for future growth.
