This direct feed simplifies the process and increases productivity. The processing of EPS (Expanded Polystyrene), on the other hand, is a bit more complicated. Since EPS is a hard material, it first needs to be crushed into small pieces using a specialized shredder. The crushed EPS pieces then enter the pelletizer to be heated and melted to form uniform recycled pellets.
