The customer&#8217;s raw material was not waste tires, so the equipment configuration was different from a typical tire recycling project.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The main requirement was straightforward: produce rubber powder at around 30 mesh while using a practical processing setup for the customer&#8217;s existing material.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">From Rubber Material to Fine Powder<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Before selecting the equipment, the size of the incoming rubber material needed to be considered. It is equipped with two rollers, both measuring 350 \u00d7 500 mm. The main motor is 30 kW, and the main machine weighs approximately 6.3 tons.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The grinding system also includes a vibrating screen and feeding equipment. The vibrating screen uses a 4 kW motor, while the feeding machine is equipped with a 1.5 kW motor. The customer&#8217;s required electrical specification is 220 V, 60 Hz, 3 phase.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For the first crushing stage, we supplied a small crusher with a listed capacity of 300 kg\/h. It has 18 moving knives and 2 fixed knives, with SKD11 used for the knives.
