This semi-automatic waste tire recycling plant is specially designed to recycle waste tires with a diameter of ≤1200mm, including passenger car and light truck tires. Through a series of machines working together, the whole tire can be processed into customizable rubber granules or powder with a purity of up to 99%, making it suitable for producing rubber tiles, rubber mats, recycled rubber, and more.
The rubber powder production line features a compact structure and streamlined workflow, requiring only 2–3 operators, making it ideal for small to medium-sized recycling businesses or startup projects.
Raw Material & Final Products
Raw Material: designed for processing waste tires with a diameter of up to 1200mm, such as passenger car tires and small truck tires.
Final Products:
- Rubber Granules – Ideal for rubber floor tiles, athletic tracks, shock-absorbing mats, etc.
- Rubber Powder – Suitable for reclaimed rubber, sealing materials, road paving, and more
Customizable Sizes: Common mesh sizes range from 10 mesh to 40 mesh (2.5mm to 0.63mm), with customization available for special needs
High Purity Output: Equipped with magnetic separation and fiber separation systems to remove steel wires and nylon fibers, achieving purity levels over 99%

Key Features of the Waste Tire Recycling Plant
- Strong Processing Capability: Handles waste tires with diameters up to 1200mm.
- High Output Purity: Produces rubber granules or powder with up to 99% purity.
- Customizable Size: Supports adjustable output sizes (10–40 mesh) based on application needs.
- Low Labor Demand: Requires only 2–3 workers to operate the entire line.
- Stable & Durable: Robust machine design ensures long-term reliable performance and easy maintenance.
Main Equipment & Process Flow
Tire Sidewall Cutting Machine: Removal of the tyre sidewalls containing steel rims on both sides of the tyre to prevent wear and tear on subsequent equipment.

Tire Strip Cutter: Cuts the tire body into uniform rubber strips for easier handling.

Tire Block Cutter: Further cuts the rubber strips into smaller blocks to prepare for crushing.

Steel Wire Separator: Separates embedded steel wires from rubber blocks, improving the purity of the rubber.

Rubber Crusher: Crushes rubber blocks into granules or powder. The Output size (commonly 10–40 mesh) can be customized. Includes magnetic separation to remove fine steel wire.

Fiber Separator: Uses airflow separation to remove fine nylon fibers from rubber powder, ensuring final rubber purity reaches 99% or higher.
