Kernarbeitsprinzip der Wachsgranulationslinie<\/h2>

The workflow of the paraffin wax pastillator is both precise and efficient. First, the raw material is heated to a molten state in a mixing and melting tank. The molten liquid is then steadily fed through a heated pipeline to the pastillator’s dropper. The dropper deposits uniform droplets onto a cooling steel belt moving at a constant speed below. A continuous water spray system underneath the steel belt utilizes the belt’s excellent thermal conductivity to rapidly cool and solidify the material as it moves. Finally, at the end of the steel belt, the solidified hemispherical granules are easily removed by a scraper, completing the granulation process.<\/p>
